As a tribute to the 40th anniversary of the classic legendary game from the 1980s, the 1984' NINTENDO 🦆DUCK 🎯 HUNT🔫, we created this 👕 t-shirt which brings back memories 💭 of the packaging on the game cartridge fused with the classic game scenes that some of us know so well. The same hunt is what we SB collectors are so familiar with. Just like how we use the search term DUNK on the Internet and social media every day. This hunting habit is reflected in our design that we're calling the 🎯 DUNK HUNT TEE.
Back then, Nintendo had two models of consoles. The first was the FAMILY COMPUTER model aka 🔴⚪️ "Famicom", which is the more well-known console in Asia. They released game cartridges which were purple in color. The first version uses grey as the base tshirt color and has a 1:1 scaled purple cartridge on the chest.
The second is the America/Euro model better known as NES / ENTERTAINMENT SYSTEM. These had a black sleeve on the grey cartridge and so for the second tee, we chose a black base with a pixelated dunk print on the chest. To add more fun to the tee, we have a 14' inch pixelated print at the rear side representing 14' inch 📺 screens which were common back in the day for console 🕹 gaming. We hope that these design elements resonate with those who played on these consoles back in the day.
